We print and post from the UK. Standard orders arrive in 5 to 7 working days.
Production time
We print to order. Production normally takes 2 to 3 working days from the moment you complete checkout. Larger sizes (1000 and 1500 pieces) can take an extra day during busy weeks.

Working days are Monday to Friday excluding UK public holidays. Times do not include the 2 to 3 day production window.
Tracking
You'll get a confirmation email when you order, and a second email with the tracking link the moment your puzzle leaves our partner facility. UK orders ship via Royal Mail Tracked 48. EU orders ship via international tracked services.
EU customs and VAT
Orders to EU addresses are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) where possible — VAT and import duties are included in the price you pay at checkout, so there's nothing extra to pay on delivery. A handful of destinations may attract a small handling fee from the local carrier; we'll flag this at checkout where applicable.
Lost or delayed orders
If your order hasn't arrived within 14 working days of dispatch (UK) or 21 working days (EU), email support@myslavko.com with your order number and we'll open an investigation with the carrier. We reprint and resend at our cost when packages are confirmed lost.
