A modern phone photo taken in good light is usually perfect. JPG, PNG, HEIC or WebP, up to 50 MB. We accept screenshots and downloaded images but they're often too small for the bigger puzzle sizes — the configurator tells you up front. See the sizes page for resolution guidance.

Usually 10 to 30 seconds. We run sharpening, denoising and subject detection — by the time you see the preview, the photo is ready for print and the crop is roughly centred on whatever matters most. You can adjust the crop yourself before ordering.

Production takes 2 to 3 working days. UK delivery is 5 to 7 working days from dispatch with Royal Mail Tracked 48. EU delivery is 8 to 12 working days. Full delivery table on the shipping page.

Email a photo to support@myslavko.com within 14 days of delivery. We'll reprint and resend at no cost. No need to return the original. Full policy on the refunds page.

Yes — within roughly 60 minutes of checkout, before production starts. Email us immediately at support@myslavko.com with your order number. Once production has started, the order is locked because the puzzle is custom-printed to your photo.

Yes — just enter the recipient's name and delivery address at checkout. We don't include the invoice in the package by default. Add a short note in the "delivery instructions" box if you'd like a handwritten message included; we'll do our best to include it.
